1、安裝彩鋼夾芯板前,應(yīng)檢查彩鋼夾芯板的材質(zhì)、品種、尺寸、性能及彩鋼夾芯板的芯材,并驗收彩鋼夾芯板內(nèi)已完成的隱蔽工程,驗證是否能滿足施工要求。

2、安裝彩鋼夾芯板時,應(yīng)檢查過濾器、燈具、溫度感煙元件、揚聲器出風(fēng)口及門窗、管道穿孔板。周圍孔應(yīng)平整、緊密、清潔、無塵。

3、板與板縫應(yīng)均勻,板縫間隙誤差應(yīng)不大于0.5mm,板縫涂密封膠均勻密封,密封處應(yīng)平整、平整,略低于表面,墻板安裝應(yīng)垂直,瓦板安裝應(yīng)水平,板面平整,位置正確,墻與地面、墻與頂、頂與頂接縫應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理,保證密封,防止開裂,墻角應(yīng)圓角。

The structure of the wall to ground, wall to top, and top to top joints should be reasonable to ensure sealing and prevent cracking. The wall corners should be rounded.
4、板材安裝垂直度≤1.5mm,表面平整度≤1.5mm,板材與板材之差,接縫高度≤1.0mm,板材表面應(yīng)平整、光滑、顏色均勻,板材表面保護膜應(yīng)完好無損,交貨前應(yīng)將保護膜撕開,安裝后應(yīng)對板材進行保護,防止碰撞和損壞表面。
